RKCO is a manpower company for blue-collar workers in India. When Mindcube started working with them on the new branding, their team consisted of mostly young people who were excited about the modern approach to re-branding, while the owner was an ex-military person and appreciated conservative style. However, he was open to the requests of his company.
We were privileged to see how the decision process happened. While the final logo was very contemporary and not conservative at all, it was the choice of the team. Their logic was brilliant: “This modern logo will give us a room for mistakes and be who we really are, as a young team. While the conservative logo will force us to be perfect”. I was happy that they’ve chosen the concept that was built around the idea: “Unite people, as they are stronger together than alone”.
With the new logo and branding they’ve built a strong positioning in the very competitive market and were able to attract more people and to work more productive than before. The new logo has raised new standards and the company has adopted the brand values successfully.
