Brand Idea & Concept

GENLEAP is a tech startup aiming to help people find their calling, discover their better selves, and make better career and life choices.

Several founders of this company previously worked in RICS and knew me from the RICS School of Build Environment branding. This time they choose to trust me with branding for GENLEAP.

The day we started the project, Richard Branson had his space trip, and this new space story inspired us. That’s why we start with the working idea of “The sky is no longer a limit”.

Social Media & Inspiration

The brand is inspired by space, science and Marvel movies. It is built to appeal to the public looking to discover their better self and is willing to experiment. We were looking for early adopters, brave and curious.

The prelaunch started with Social Media; as we were waiting for the product development, we were promoting organically on LinkedIn, IG and Facebook. Then, as the client’s team was more comfortable with PowerPoint, all templates were created in PowerPoint.

Brand Launch Video & Stage

We started in July and were able to launch the brand by the end of November. For the launch, we created Invitations, a Stage and Mini Movie to present on the large screen during the launch event in the Taj Hotel.

The event was successful and helped raise awareness and invite more investors.

It was also time for the first part of the product to be ready. For the app and website, we created prototype designs. The development team later used these design templates to set up technical standards. We also designed a package for a DNA test.

Brand style guidelines, brand book, and brand library were created by June 2022. So even though from March 2022, I was in evacuation, I was able to accomplish 99% of this project by the 28th of May 2022, right in time.
